We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Marketing Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will work directly with the Principal and will lead the RFP/RFQ process; creating proposals, presentations and printed marketing material, generating press releases, and scouting for additional new business opportunities.
Support and assist Principal and architectural team on a daily basis.
Manage entire proposal development process from start to finish; coordination of all written and graphic materials.
Research and identify potential new business opportunities; collaborate with Principal and technical staff to evaluate and respond to opportunities.
Work with Principal and technical staff to analyze RFQ/RFP requirements to develop the most comprehensive and responsive submission possible;
Coordination of RFQ/RFP responses including; communication with sub-consultants, developing layout, and production.
Prepare interview presentations, brochures, booklets and award submissions.
Maintain a library of client contacts and proposal documentation; updating as needed.
Manage and update firm website and social media (Architizer, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Coordinate, design, and distribute ongoing newsletters.
Set goals for growth and maintenance of firm’s marketing-related content, such as project photography, drawings, and texts.
Represent the firm at conferences and professional events.
Bachelor’s degree and related experience required.
Experience in proposal development, preferably within A/E/C industry.
Experience preparing submissions to RFQ/RFP solicitations.
Self-starter with strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Pro-active, self-disciplined and confident in a fast-paced working environment.
Ability to prioritize, plan, use time efficiently, and follow through.
Works well under pressure and able to manage and balance tight deadlines.
Possesses strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong editing and proofreading ability.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and precise.
Fluency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Possession of Notary.
Strong interest in architecture and design.
