The role will construct, optimize and adhere to standard operating procedures to enhance our digital & social presence and meet business goals, driving digital best practices & on time, on budget, on quality execution. The Digital Marketing Specialist will partner with the rest of the digital team and various cross functional areas as needed (corporate marketing & communications, technology, member experience, benefit operations, health plans just to name a few). We need someone who "thinks" and "does", a self - starter, intellectually curious individual to join a fast paced, ambitious, marketing team with great, not fully tapped digital opportunities. Primary Responsibilities:Digital Platform & Content Management Support. This role will support the setup of DSNP acquisition and member content across our owned digital platforms. This includes working cross functionally with business analysts, technology leaders and health plan operations to create the best DSNP digital experiences for new or expanded audiences Provide execution and operational support for DSNP - related activity on UHCCommunityPlan.com Review & understand member requirements for MyUHC, Health4Me & other member tools Translate requirements into specific scope for digital + social, giving special attention to non-standard items Document exact and defined implementation details and launch timing Create copy decks and presentation materials Manage business and compliance approvalsSocial Media Support. Assist Social Media Manager in building a sound strategy and associated operating model for our DSNP plans Scale social activity to include DSNP events and other relevant DSNP content Coordinate with corporate and health plan MMs to create and manage editorial calendar Ensure proper vetting of all content through required compliance channels Assist with DSNP social media execution and reporting as neededDigital Acquisition Support Manage DSR (Data Select Requests) for email campaigns to ensure alignment with offline DSNP campaign activity Assist with DSNP digital lead generation execution and reporting as needed
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree 5+ years' experience with acquisition and social media campaigns & digital platforms Project or product management experience Agency or vendor management experience Familiar with paid search operations Familiar with main social media platforms and operations (Facebook primarily) Solid analytics knowledge: tagging, custom reporting, interpretation (Adobe Analytics) Proven experience nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external partners Well - developed planning & execution capabilities Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on driving disciplined, fact-based decisions and executing with discipline and urgency Strong oral and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Health care industry experience Demand / lead generation Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (or other Content Management Systems)Careers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
