And you'll do your life's best work.(sm) The OptumCare CCM Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing campaigns that drive growth for health plans and products designed for medically complex individuals. In addition, the position will focus on documenting and executing product journey maps to improve and streamline the member and sales experience. This position works with internal partners (Brand, Legal, Regulatory, Product, Sales, Marketing Operations and Fulfillment) and external vendors / agency partners to assess requests, identify needs and requirements and create and implement campaigns. A key to success in this role is the ability to foster strong relationships with our business unit partners. This position is responsible for project management, campaign execution, budget management (cost estimates, final budget compilation) in addition to monitoring and improving program metrics. Primary Responsibilities:Creates and executes marketing plans for CCM Manage all material reviews, requirements and approval processes across Optum and with customers (as appropriate); clearly articulating member and program requirements and the marketing approach Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities Develop and serve as ongoing owner of marketing materials used to drive program engagement Represent marketing and the consumer experience on cross functional, highly matrixed teams Monitor results and modify the strategies accordingly Support sales of products externally with updated B2B materials Lead and coordinate consumer research as needed Work with the events team sales leadership on annual sales conference Work with internal partners and operations to support the coordination of integrated marketing efforts and share best practices Manage sales toolkit which houses current marketing materials May oversee work activities of other team member
Required Qualifications:Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of Marketing experience within a matrixed organization 5+ years of experience in developing and executing strategies and plans 5+ years of experience managing large projects and / or leading multi - departmental workgroups 5+ years of experience in a deadline driven environment Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to multi - task and effectively shift back and forth from a variety of projects and priorities Strong collaboration and relationship - building skills across a wide range of groups and functions Marketing experience within a highly matrixed and complex organization Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Experience in meeting or exceeding sales promotion / marketing targets Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity Preferred Qualifications:Marketing or Business communications degree Healthcare experienceCareers with Optum.
