JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage marketing and advertising efforts with magazines, online sponsorship, trade shows, social media, race sponsorship, etc.
- Manage search engine optimization strategies and track data - Coordinate with management and graphic design companies on all promotional materials, catalogs, new product releases, etc. - Attend industry trade shows as company representative
- Answer inbound customer service/sales calls - Develop a strong knowledge of our entire product line - Coordinate with other support groups to ensure accurate record keeping - No cold calling required
REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of experience with online marketing, sales, advertising and SEO - Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Amazon, etc.
- Strong automotive knowledge - Previous customer service experience - Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, Email required - Experience with Photoshop or Illustrator required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Able to communicate complex information to a wide variety of people - Able to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and be extremely detail oriented
