eHealthScreenings, a Premise Health company, is currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In this position the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for working closely with the Executive Vice President to implement strategies and tactics that support the company's brand and reputation in the marketplace and among our clients. The role will be split between sales collateral marketing support / initiatives and sales lead generation assistance.
Oversee tradeshow coordination; help to manage show schedule, booth logistics and supportive collateral to ensure success in participation.
Active involvement in organization, coordination and tactical execution for marketing material development include marketing slicks, brochures, trade show materials etc.
Work closely with the Executive Vice President on various marketing activities and integrated communications; helping to drive vision and strategy.
Assist in the development of presentations, brochures and other activities related to sales and marketing.
Maintain inventory of sales collateral and promotional materials.
Demonstrated knowledge of social media; generate fresh ideas for social media to engage our internal and external customers/clients.
Support the Executive Vice President in development of strategic relationships with outside vendors, trade publications, industry thought leaders, and specialty organizations of influence.
Assist with sales proposal, RFP and MSA execution follow-up.
Assist with communication and alert management for annualized screening renewals.
Assist with channel partner lead generation initiatives including direct mail / email campaigns and telephonic outreach appointments setting.
1 year of direct-to-consumer marketing, advertising, or communications experience – applicable internship experience will be considered
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite – specifically InDesign and Acrobat desired
Proficient with MS office suite
Direct hands-on experience with social media feed postings
Experience in the wellness and or healthcare industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Detailed organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with internal and external stakeholders across varying timelines
Self-starter, team player with a can-do attitude; who demonstrates initiative, thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment
