The responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
Must possess excellent communication skills to include verbal and written communication.
High emotional intelligence, with ability to lead mentor and develop team members.
Oversee the global marketing, graphic design department, social media/web development and regional marketing team members.
The Director will oversee and report the reputation management and customer service programs.
Must be able to review and negotiate ILS and print ad contracts.
Ability to deliver marketing training and roll-out new initiatives to all levels within the company.
Create, implement and monitor yearly marketing plans globally.
Overseeing company and community branding.
Develop and implement programs and campaigns through social media, print, online, and on campus.
