Reporting to the Sr. Associate Director of Creative and Special Projects, this position is responsible for the project management of communications requests as it relates to designing, writing, editing and proofing email campaigns, social media and website content. This role will conduct research and work with team members across the department to determine email and social segmentations in order to deliver targeted digital marketing campaign messages that will maximize recipient responses and associated actions. As a team member on the Communications and Donor Relations team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will demonstrate best practices for digital communications and educate staff through frequent training programs to ensure an efficient and effective process. In addition to managing email and social media, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the project management of communications projects, tracking those projects, then measuring and reporting the analytics associated with each campaign. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will also collect data on a routine basis and share the data with the respective areas within External Affairs. Additional duties for this role include updating website layout, maintaining marketing plans, creating and organizing digital assets, and tracking communications responses accordingly.
