Tarantino Properties is seeking a dedicated Regional Director of Sales and Marketing with experience in senior living.
The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing oversees and directs the sales efforts for multiple communities and products within a designated portfolio of communities. This position will act as sales leader in one or more communities. Manages the development and monitoring of marketing plans and budgets.
This position will be required to travel to Florida, Arizona, Nevada & other areas of Texas to work with on-site Executive Director, support on-site sales staff and cover current open sales positions.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred
- 4 to 6 years experience in Senior Living marketing/sales
- Prior multi-site or regional experience preferred
- Strong commitment to importance of proactive sales and marketing as it relates to community occupancy and financial success
- Strong customer service
- Must have be willing to train new sales/marketing team members
- Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
- Demonstrate ability to lead a team & provide team building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong Excel and other computer data software experience
- Must be a self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work some evenings/weekends and travel 90%
