Deploy timely promotional email messages to B2C as well as and enhance email deployment capabilities. Manage day-to-day production schedule with external vendors and email team including the development, testing and execution of email campaigns for promotional and targeted email communications for Crate and Barrel, CB2 and Canadian email programs. Collaborate with program managers (Gift Registry, Crate and Barrel Credit Card, Design Trade Program and others) to develop segmented communications and drive engagement. Stay up to date on email best practices and research competitive landscape to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with Email Marketing Team to develop presentations. Communicate email strategies and performances with other teams across the organization. Assist in strategic thinking and test plan development to optimize email channel performance. Support Marketing Team with weekly/monthly/ad hoc channel/campaign reporting. Deep dives into customer segmentation and email channel trends. Assist with the management of email messaging calendar and schedule adjustments. Assist Customer Service, Store Operations and IT teams with email related questions for addressing customer communication issues and troubleshooting email programs.
•Bachelors Degree in related field •1-3 years experience with developing digital marketing campaigns •Experience using ESP tools, such as ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), Responsys, Silverpop or CheetahMail •Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment •Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills •Strong project and time management skills •Strong interpersonal and strong communication skills •Team player and ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups •Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Visio, Filezilla and Google platform •Good reading, written and verbal language skills (English)
