Manage email coding schedule and asset delivery timelines. Drive code evaluations of triggered and transactional campaigns to enhance ongoing communications and identify other areas of opportunity through the email platform for process optimization. Develop HTML for Crate and Barrel emails upon receipt of creative assets from internal and external creative groups. Prepare Photoshop files as required. Create HTML paste emails using HTML and inline CSS. Develop emails with responsive coding for mobile optimization. Build Email Campaigns within the ExactTarget/Salesforce platform and test across multiple browsers or email clients and leveraging Litmus services. Be an active contributor to email development best practices. Collaborate with email marketing team on developing presentations and communicating email strategies and performance with other teams across the organization. Work with email team to develop more personalized communications by developing dynamic content areas that can be leveraged across campaigns and programs
Bachelors Degree in related field required 2-4 years of experience in front end web development, hand-coding HTML, CSS for email marketing campaigns Proficient with ESP tools (ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), Responsys, Silverpop or CheetahMail) Previous experience testing and troubleshooting in multiple browsers or email clients with a strong sense of web design and user experience fundamentals Experience with SQL and ExactTarget/Salesforce AMP scripting a plus Strong knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign and Adobe creative suite Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Visio, Filezilla and Google platform Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Excellent project and time management skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong problem solving skills and organizational skills Team player and ability to work effectively with multiple cross-functional groups Good reading, written and verbal language skills (English)
