The Center for Fine Arts Education (CFAE), an Association Management Company focused on arts and education associations, is seeking a Communications and Marketing Coordinator. The coordinator will report to the President/CEO while working closely with additional CFAE staff members.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficiency of work necessary to carry out the mission of clients.
Maintain awareness of client operations to ensure that communications and materials are timely, relevant, and accessible.
Act as a contributor to develop the writing, editing, lay-out, design, and distribution of various types of content for print, websites, e-communications, and social media platforms.
Coordinate student groups to promote arts education.
Other duties as assigned.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge and understanding of content marketing and content development.
Analyze needs, develop, and manage content throughout the content lifecycle for multiple clients.
Write, edit, manage and distribute many types of content to drive member engagement
Ensure that communications and materials are timely, relevant, and accessible across a variety of channels for multiple clients.
Write, proofread, and/or update original copy for multiple audiences and platforms.
Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivation to accomplish assigned tasks.
Understanding of the purpose and need for arts education.
Understanding of Association business.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Desire to continue professional development to improve current and attain new skills.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.
Experience in developing print and digital media for distribution.
Arts, education, and/or Association experience preferred.
Experience with Adobe Suite preferred.
Experience with social media platforms preferred.
Fluent use of Microsoft Office Suite and Google for Work platform.
