AVID® Center is looking for an outstanding, business to business (B2B) digital marketer to own demand generation (identifying, prospecting, qualifying) for AVID. The Digital Lead Generation Specialist will oversee attracting prospects, converting prospects into qualified leads, and working with AVID’s divisions (e.g. customer facing staff) to nurture those leads in gaining new business. The Digital Lead Generation Specialist will also identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and research.

Tactical Deployment of Programs
Develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels including email, web, SEO, SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns Develop and implement a rich content/editorial calendar that engages prospects and attracts a qualified audience Link efforts with established and uniquely planned webinars, whitepapers, e-books, blog posts, special promotional offers, and more Identify and manage appropriate third party vendors to assist in plan execution (as needed)
Evaluation and Reporting
Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboard including assessment of increased awareness, engagement and conversion of contacts to sales of AVID services. This includes measuring and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns as assessed against goals, KPIs, and ROI Identify trends to optimize spend, and alter deployment based on insights garnered from performance metrics Establish closed-loop analytics with the sales team to understand how our marketing activity works to convert leads into customers, and continually refine the process to increase the likelihood that such tools continually convert customers Using the company sanctioned CRM system, build a robust pipeline and program to nurture prospects by leveraging content and offers digitally, integrating these lead generation tools with the marketing mix and deploying through the customer facing field team
Marketing Planning and Execution
Under the supervision of the Marketing Manager, Partner Support, build a digital marketing plan to engage and nurture prospects with the goal of generating qualified leads to expand membership for AVID Assure digital marketing plan matches organizational and overall marketing strategic goals With the divisions, build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel

Proven experience and demonstrated ability in planning and executing successful business to business (B2B) digital campaigns designed to support lead generation. (e.g. that meet or exceed established goals) A track record of excellent client service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High level of creativity with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate target audiences Solid experience in CRM mining and deployment of a digital marketing plan as described herein Experience in building high performing Marketing Automation and processes Solid knowledge of relevant tools, (e.g. Google Analytics, blogging/content tools, CRM, others) Experience in all social media platforms, content development, PPC, SEO, etc. Analytical and data-driven expertise Ability to work effectively across departments BA/BS or equivalent work experience
