Reference: 74623 /22F This is a fast-growing and well-capitalised private markets investor with a global presence. Its investment strategies include primary fund investments, secondaries, co-investments and bespoke separately managed accounts. It is looking for a Marketing Intelligence Analyst to provide research support across the firm.
You will deep dive into the world of private markets, conducting both qualitative and quantitative research on a number of topics and become a trusted point of information across the fund. You will help our client gain a competitive edge over similar investors by ensuring senior key decision makers have all the information to hand when it comes to launching new products, refining their fundraising / marketing strategy and much more.
Track and analyse intelligence on competitors including their clients, fundraising positioning, investment performance and new product development
Monitor private market industry trends / shifts
Liaise with internal teams including fundraising and investment team to provide research support
Write and distribute weekly internal newsletter highlighting new intelligence
Set up and administer easy-to-access location for market intelligence and research
Background in financial services within a research-based function, experience in the private equity / asset management industry would be an advantage
Strong research skills - able to interpret large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data and deliver information efficiently
Good written and verbal presentations skills
Confidence with Excel and manipulating data sets
Able to manage relationships with senior stakeholders internally
