If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! At the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (ADHA) the Director of Corporate Development and IOH will play an integral part of the senior team. The director will work across the organization, with stakeholders, and ADHA leadership to generate non-dues revenue through sponsorship and other opportunities that will contribute to growing the dental hygiene profession. The ADHA is the largest national organization representing the professional interests of more than 185,000 registered dental hygienists (RDHs) across the country. Experience: Must have a minimum of five years fundraising, development or sales tradeshow management experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization. Experience on senior staff or management team preferred. Skills: Demonstrated ability to organize and implement fundraising activities for both the association (501 c 6) and IOH (501 c 3) and tradeshow management essential. Proven ability to manage a comparably sized budget and supervise staff required. Outstanding leadership, negotiation, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of grant applications and proposal writing is preferred. Must possess excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to work well with boards and member/corporate relationships. Excellent organizational abilities and detail oriented. Willingness to travel as necessary. |
