About the Role
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Business Development, to support the growing distribution and business development capability of the firm. Working as part of a small team you will have an opportunity to make a significant contribution in this varied role. You will have the opportunity to work across marketing, communications, investor relations & sales and there are several paths for growth depending on the individual.
This position will support the sales team in distribution activities as well as managing and maintaining relationships with existing investors, and responsibilities will include creating presentations, marketing and due diligence materials, maintaining our CRM and various databases, investor communication and requests for information.
Become the main contact, source of information and assistance for the equity fund range for sales team
preparation of investor communications and marketing material for new and existing investors
dealing with inbound queries from investors and due diligence questions on an ad hoc basis
manage relationships with existing investors
maintain CRM & external databases
work directly with the Head of Business Development with exposure to the full sales cycle
Liaising with investment teams and to procure information required by investors
small, entrepreneurial firm with various progression opportunities – investor relations, client service, marketing or asset raising
Skills and Experience:
2-4 years of experience in an investor relations, marketing or sales support function
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Excellent organisation skills
Understanding of the Business Development capability, commercially minded
One or more European languages spoken
