Includes helping the team support multiple association clients, with one very special industry advertising client assignment.
You’re a great fit for this role if you’re a high energy, super-organized, detail whiz who can juggle numerous balls with ease. Your project management prowess will help you engage expertly with advertisers and the clients' production teams. You will also help the team support exhibitors and sponsors, for event clients. This includes contract processing, advertising fulfillment, ad deadlines, graphic design, accounting, logistics, and database management. Flexible balance of in-office and telecommuting after initial ramp-up phase.
WHAT YOU BRING:
Demonstrated experience in sales and operations support
Outstanding relationship management and reporting skills
Proficiency with database, accounting, and association or event platforms
A fun, customer-centric personality that inspires confidence in clients and supporting companies: advertisers, exhibitors, and sponsors
An ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines and implementation of efficient, repeatable processes
Flexibility to roll with the punches when priorities change on a dime
A proactive approach to anticipate and respond to client needs
A mature attitude to ‘keep calm and carry on’ under pressure
Exceptional communication skills.
