Under minimal supervision of the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, the Associate Director of Marketing is responsible, in collaboration and consultation with the program and department directors, for the strategy, execution, analysis and budget management of marketing and communications campaigns for The Paul Merage School of Business. In conjunction with the program and department directors (and digital agency where applicable), the Associate Director of Marketing will develop and recommend the marketing plan, oversee development of the creative assets, and execute marketing efforts to include SEM, programmatic ads, social media, retargeting, email, print media, and collateral development. The Associate Director of Marketing provides analysis and recommendations for future campaigns based on the creation of reports that clearly identify KPIs (key performance indicators) under the direction of the program directors, to provide insight into performance. Additionally, the Associate Director of Marketing is responsible for staying abreast of higher education industry trends and marketing best practices in an effort to provide internal partners with recommendations on how best to market their offerings, what tactics should be employed and how to improve the yield through the enrollment funnel.
