Our Marketing Data Analyst be responsible for multi-channel marketing campaign analysis, insights and reporting for direct response television, radio, email, social media and all forms of extensive digital media campaigns. The Analyst will partner with the Marketing team to measure performance of marketing initiatives and make proactive recommendations that assist in achieving key performance goals.
How You will Impact our Business (Key Responsibilities):
Produce direct-to-consumer marketing sales performance reports (i.e. dashboards, scorecards, test analysis, ad-hoc reports) for stakeholders; recognize and troubleshoot data anomalies
Collect, maintain, manage, interpret and analyze data received from internal and external data sources
Develop and support recommendations for media optimizations across all online and offline channels (TV, radio, paid search, paid social, programmatic, email, websites, Amazon, etc.)
Provide insights into monthly performance of Marketing Channels, E-commerce Platforms, Customer Database for Executive Review
Execute and manage ad-hoc marketing campaign analyses
Partner with channel owners to develop actionable strategic and tactical insight beyond standard reporting to drive strategic marketing direction
Mine internal and external data sets and present channel specific findings to team (i.e. what happened and why) and refine future analysis based on feedback/needs
Additional responsibilities as needed included assisting with or managing Amazon advertising spend
What You’ll Bring to SHEEX (Position Requirements):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.) or equivalent relevant experience
5-8 years’ experience working with direct-to-consumer, data-driven marketing, consumer databases, finance or product teams. Subscription/membership experience a plus.
Report and dashboarding experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI or Cognos)
Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint for creating charts, pivot tables and presentations on multi-channel campaigns; experience with data visualization; familiarity with Tableau a plus
Deep knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Lucky Orange
Familiarity with attribution models and analytical impact
Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms a plus
Data mining and analysis skills; self-sufficient in handling and prototyping analytics projects
Competencies including excellent analytical, attention to detail, flexible, innovator, communicator, team player, solution developer
