The Role Responsibilities Brand · Master brand guidelines & familiar with the use of all the brand assets · Tracking competitors' branding & marketing activities · Execute global brand campaigns in the local market context · Ensure consistent, clear and accurate client communications across businesses and segments · Manage & execute all POSM display (at branch / ATM / merchant, etc) with the trendy, match- guideline and modern look. Marketing · Plan & execute and manage all assigned marketing campaigns / activities across all channels internally and externally, including above-the-line, below-the-line, activation, digital and social media, etc to help the CABM team achieve set KPIs. · Manage calendars and timetables/milestones towards the completion of campaigns / activities · Develop effective marketing communication plan, determine the appropriate mix of on-line and off-line campaign elements across marketing channels with supporting analysis / rationale · Continuously strive to improve the quality and effectiveness of all marketing communications · Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to make data-driven decisions around what content to feature, which calls-to-action to place where, how and when to improve quarter after quarter through continuous testing and refinement · Manage / track marketing budget / spend and ensure efficiency and ROI on all marketing activities · Track the performance during & post campaigns / activities · Lead / work with agencies / vendors effectively to ensure timely delivery of work with high quality & meet objectives · Communicate results / report on marketing activities regularly and as required · Assist the Retail Marketing Head, support other team member if needed Event Management · Plan and execute client events with the objective of increasing the business segments' brand profile, increasing share of wallet of existing clients, acquiring new clients while providing an enhanced client experience. · Identify opportunities and deliver activation programmes for the business segments, leveraging on the bank's sponsorship assets. · Adapt, align and support Group marketing initiatives roll-out to the respective markets. · Sustainability & staff events support · Deliver the bank's sustainability agenda & initiatives in HCMC · Work with business heads to lead effective stakeholder engagement programs · Deliver work-life balance/ internal activities.
Our Ideal Candidate Knowledge ü 5+ years of experience in Consumer Marketing; preferably in a Banking & Financial environment ü At least 2 years in event planning & management ü An understanding of traditional & non-traditional brand marketing strategies including 'below the line' and digital ü An understanding and working knowledge of marketing communications and storytelling with an emphasis on digital and social media ü The identification of trends and ability to turn insights into actions ü A talent for integrating creative and unique marketing solutions into existing and emerging consumer landscapes ü Management of collaborative projects from ideation through planning and execution Skills ü Bachelor's Degree, in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. ü Excellent verbal & written communication skills including presentations.in Vietnamese & English. ü Good negotiation skills, confident developing & putting forward the company position in external meetings & with senior management ü Able to understand complex legislation & influence future policy development ü Excellent organisational skills, able to work under pressure & multi talks ü Good skill in stakeholder management ü Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges ü Commitment to company values.
