Business Unit: External Relations & Strategy Job Title: Marketing Coordinator - Firm Marketing / Public Affairs Job Description: We're looking for a smart, entrepreneurial professional to manage the administrative responsibilities of our firm Marketing team, as well as support the execution of our marketing efforts. Specific responsibilities include:
Managing team members' calendars, scheduling team members' appointments, confirming meetings, coordinating with other assistants and external partners
Updating a communications calendar to track the status of marketing projects
Implementing and performing regular content publishing responsibilities via our website's content management system.
Designing and launching marketing email campaigns via Pardot, our email marketing tool
Scheduling and coordinating film, podcast and photo productions
Coordinating travel arrangements including flights, visas, cars, hotels, and other reservations
Tracking and processing invoices; on-boarding vendors and ensuring invoices go through outlined internal approval procedures
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and with 3+ years of administrative experience in marketing, public affairs or a related field.
Proficiency in: social media platforms, website content management systems, email marketing tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, email marketing is preferred
Demonstrated project management skills with an attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple requests while meeting tight deadlines
