This position requires a versatile, energetic marketing professional with strong organizational and interpersonal skills, who will be responsible for proactively leading the marketing initiatives, planning, implementation, and budgeting for some of our senior living residences, and for achieving targeted goals (including occupancy goals). This position is accountable for implementation of transformative day-to-day marketing, advertising, digital strategies, analysis, and budget responsibilities in this area. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who combines sharp attention to detail with outgoing and friendly customer service skills.
Required: minimum 4 years marketing experience; computer skills in Microsoft Office; demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion, on time, and on budget with a positive mental outlook; strong planning and analysis skills; proven expertise in marketing and marketing communications. Ability to manage, record, and organize large amounts of data; highly motivated.
