A completed Ph.D. in Marketing (or a Ph.D. in Business with a primary emphasis in Marketing) from a program accredited by either AACSB or EQUIS, at the time of application.
Evidence of an on-going research program as demonstrated by scholarship having been placed under review at leading and high quality journals.
Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching as instructor of record at the undergraduate and/or graduate level in the marketing discipline.
Effective written communication skills.

Existing research and teaching interests that include either Sales and/or Digital Marketing
Successful professional experience in B2B sales and/or digital marketing
Successful completion of online digital marketing certificates
Successful experience with sales team competitions
A willingness to work with students as part of co-curricular activities
Versatility in teaching and mentoring, including students from diverse backgrounds
Experience with on-line teaching environments
Ability to engage with others in a collegial and collaborative manner
Effective verbal communication skills
Effective interpersonal communication skills
