The Coordinator of Marketing and Communication will report to the Assistant Director of New Student Orientation's in regard to the internal and external marketing efforts of the Office of New Student Orientation. Duties include, but aren't limited to graphic design, printing, creation of videos, photography, advertising, social media, special events, promotional items, merchandise orders, etc. This position is responsible for managing the planning, production, and delivery of assigned marketing and communications projects. The Coordinator supports marketing projects of the office by developing creative content, from concept to production, for logotypes, promotional items, advertisements, fliers, posters, brochures, booklets, and signage. In addition, the Coordinator will assist in communication efforts such as email campaigns and inquiries; social media campaigns, publications, and assisting with development and implementation of multimedia tools.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience related to the development and dissemination of informational material.
