Our client, the American Society for Microbiology (ASM), helps find solutions to pressing public health issues and they are seeking a Membership Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and executing marketing and promotion strategies and campaigns for membership acquisition, renewal and engagement. The Membership Marketing Manager will direct and guide the strategy for all integrated marketing activity. He/she will serve as a key leader in the marketing department, leading cross-functional teams to deliver breakthrough integrated campaigns that support the growth and advocacy of the Society while exploring innovation and best practices in marketing.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications, a minimum of seven years of experience in and mastery of developing and managing dynamic breakthrough marketing campaigns and teams, and at least three years of supervisory and employee development experience. ASM is seeking individuals with experience in budget management, marketing automation, service in product line and customer advocacy, and digital tools in a marketing communications environment within a scientific/health/medical association. Successful candidates will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional team members to achieve organizational goals.
